The Awakening by Kate Chopin: The Classic That Deserves Its title of a Classic 5🌟
I'm speechless and doesn't have the capacity to write another long yap review because THIS BOOK JUST HAS SUCH NUMEROUS SUBSTANCE AND SO MANY THINGS TO TALK ABOUT, NOW I GET WHY COLLEGES PUT THIS AS A REQUIRED READING ASSIGNMENT, THIS IS LIKE SO GOOD AND SO IN DEPTH. This is a book where an entire character is focused on and Edna Pontellier is another one of those characters where i can consider it as the 'morally gray characters that highly acclaimed classic books focuses about because realistically speaking, not every single person in the world is a good person' such as Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov and The Catcher in the Rye by J. D. Salinger She's selfish she doesn't care about her husband and her children the only person that she thinks about is herself and incredibly narcissistic, self-serving, only makes bad decisions and a spoiled brat. And that "awakening" we're talking about? Not a good awakening. This book really makes you rude for the other...
